Terms & Conditions
All rates are per room, per night on a bed and breakfast basis and based on 2 people sharing unless otherwise stated, Two bedroomed Villas are based on 4 persons sharing. All prices are in USD.
Children up to the age of 5 years in foldaway beds are complimentary, however any meals taken will be charged pro-rata. Extra bed for children over 5 years of age are $20 per night, adults are $30 per night
Deposit: one night deposit is required on all bookings.
Cancellation policy: 14 days
If cancelled within 14 days of the arrival date, full room costs are charged.
If cancelled before 14 days of arrival date a refund will be given on any deposit taken.
